2. Local File System Writing: Converted documents, merged PDFs, and extracted images are saved strictly to the local directory path selected by you. The application will never overwrite or delete your original documents unless explicitly commanded.

3. Local Temporary Memory Buffer: During complex document conversions (such as converting large PDF presentations to PowerPoint or rendering high-DPI page images), temporary page buffers may be generated in your local Windows temporary folder (AppData\Local\Temp). These files remain strictly on your PC and are automatically purged when the process finishes.
