  • 100% Local Device Execution: All image decoding, rasterization, color-space mapping, compression, and format encoding occur exclusively on your local computer.
  • No Cloud Uploads or Server Processing: Your personal photographs, client graphic assets, commercial designs, and raw camera images are never uploaded to, transmitted across, or hosted on remote cloud servers.
  • Zero Telemetry or Data Collection: We do not track, gather, or transmit any analytics, crash telemetry, session statistics, or behavioral data.
  • No Accounts or Identification: The software is completely functional without registration, login, or personal profile creation.
  • Completely Usable Offline: The software requires no internet connectivity to perform any of its image conversion or icon generation tasks.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Piludi – Image Converter operates strictly as a self-contained offline application. We do not collect, monitor, store, or share:

  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect your name, email address, physical location, IP address, or payment details.
  • Image & Photo Content: We never inspect, view, analyze, or transmit your images, proprietary artwork, family photographs, or confidential design documents.
  • EXIF & Image Metadata: Any embedded camera metadata (GPS locations, camera serial numbers, capture timestamps, shutter profiles) remains strictly within your local files. We do not extract or transmit metadata to any external server.
  • Device Identifiers: We do not record hardware MAC addresses, motherboard UUIDs, or digital system fingerprints.
  • Usage Statistics: We do not monitor how many images you convert, which formats you select, image dimensions, or conversion processing times.

4. How the Application Operates (Local Permissions)

To provide high-speed batch image processing, Piludi – Image Converter utilizes standard local Windows operating system permissions:

1. Local File System Reading: When you import files via drag-and-drop or the file selection dialog, the application reads image bitstreams locally from your designated drive to decode pixels into memory.

2. Local File System Writing: Converted images are written strictly to the local directory location you specify. The application will never modify or delete your original source images.

3. Local Temporary Memory Buffer: During high-resolution image rendering or multi-size icon generation, temporary image pixel buffers may be cached locally in your Windows temp directory (AppData\Local\Temp). These buffers remain on your PC and are automatically destroyed upon completion.

5. Third-Party Services & Store Distribution

  • Microsoft Store: When distributed via the Microsoft Store, installation, licensing, and package validation are managed by Microsoft pursuant to the Microsoft Privacy Statement. DesignoFly Studio does not receive or maintain your Microsoft credentials or payment records.
  • Zero Tracking or Advertising SDKs: The application does not incorporate third-party advertising networks, marketing SDKs, or external cloud analytics tools.

6. Data Security

Because Piludi – Image Converter does not transmit or store files over the internet or on cloud infrastructure, your creative assets are completely shielded from remote data breaches, cloud snooping, and server vulnerabilities. Your privacy is safeguarded by your personal Windows user account security.
