To provide audio conversion and extraction on Windows, Piludi – Audio Converter utilizes standard local operating system permissions:

1. Local File System Reading: When you import audio or video files via drag-and-drop or the file picker dialog, the application reads data locally from your storage drive to perform encoding.

2. Local File System Writing: Converted audio files are written strictly to the local directory path chosen by you. The application never alters, overwrites, or deletes original source files without your explicit direction.

3. Local Temporary Cache: During multi-channel or high-resolution sample rate conversions, temporary audio buffers may reside in your local Windows temp directory (AppData\Local\Temp). These files never leave your PC and are automatically cleared when tasks conclude.

5. Third-Party Services & Store Distribution

  • Microsoft Store: When installed through the Microsoft Store, installation, billing, and packaging are handled by Microsoft according to the Microsoft Privacy Statement. DesignoFly Studio does not receive or store any of your personal financial or account data.
  • Zero Third-Party SDKs: The application contains no third-party tracking scripts, advertising networks, marketing SDKs, or external analytics endpoints.
